Services

DoneNRight Champaign Concrete provides concrete installation, repair, and restoration services in Champaign, IL and surrounding areas. All services are provided subject to availability and our professional judgment regarding project feasibility.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine a project is not suitable for our expertise or if site conditions present safety concerns.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are based on information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ from initial assessment or if you request changes to the scope of work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, we may need to reassess pricing based on current material costs and availability.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property where work was performed.

Scheduling and Delays

We make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However, concrete work is weather dependent. Rain, extreme temperatures, or other weather conditions may cause delays beyond our control.

We will notify you as soon as possible if delays occur and work with you to reschedule. We are not liable for indirect costs or damages resulting from weather delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Details of our warranty coverage will be provided in your service agreement and vary depending on the type of work performed.

Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, acts of nature, or modifications made by others. Normal wear and tear, minor hairline cracks, and color variations in concrete are not covered.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and to secure pets during our scheduled work hours. You are responsible for marking any underground utilities before we begin excavation.

While we take precautions to protect your property, you acknowledge that concrete work involves heavy equipment and may cause temporary disruption to landscaping or other areas near the work site.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit if materials have been ordered or scheduling arrangements made.

If we need to cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled date at your discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or any delays in completion.

You agree to indemnify and hold DoneNRight Champaign Concrete harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

Disputes

If you have concerns about our work, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. Most problems can be resolved through direct communication.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled through binding arbitration in Champaign County, Illinois, in accordance with Illinois state law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
